Outside Sales Representative:

Job Description:

Breo Design, L.L.C. (www.breodesign.com) an online design firm, is looking for an accomplished, professional outside sales representative to work from home, selling and promoting company services to local and national businesses (Graphic Design, Website Development, Search Engine Optimization, etc.). Candidate must be able to quickly establish and maintain client relationships and show efficiency in high productivity sales with minimal management. Candidate should be an accomplished consultative seller and must be able to deliver enthusiastic customer service through consistent “on-site” quality checks at the clients’ place of business if the need arises.

Candidate will be required to consistently follow our formal sales process, develop independent leads and have the ability to update and adjust sales strategies for designated accounts. The sales representative should value documenting those efforts in a shared database while following Breo Design's non-negotiable best practices. Candidate must be an enthusiastic and involved networker, who promotes client/firm teamwork and can manage conflict resolutions and services in a professional and courteous manner. Candidate should be a confident and tenacious closer who maintains a high level of professional integrity.

Minimum Skills:

Company requires 12 to 24 months sales experience. Sales person should have a fundamental understanding of how to surf or browse the Internet, and must have access to a PC or Mac with a working Internet connection.

• 12 to 24 Months Sales Experience
• Must Be At Least 21 Years Old
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Basic Computer Skills
• Access to Microsoft Office
• Access to the internet
• Must have Valid Class C Drivers License 
• Personal transportation is required

Preferred Skills:

48 months or higher sales experience in selling Website Development Services. A minimum 2 year technical diploma or associates degree is preferred but not required. Consistent self-learner, excellent communication skills, intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari etc.) and the World Wide Web.

Salary:

Commission based salary with bonus incentives.
